A few weeks ago, one of our eczema treatment tips was to keep a food diary to help find out which foods trigger your eczema.
The National Eczema Society are currently asking people to share their gluten/egg/dairy free recipes:

If you have found that gluten causes your eczema to flare-up, many tasty dishes become unavailable – one of these being bread.
Take a look at the video below to see Artisan Bread in Five‘s gluten free bread:
If you are unable to eat normal bread because it causes your eczema to flare-up, this video and the website are well worth a look. They talk you through making all different types of bread for pitas and pizzas to the classic sandwich loaf and the artisan boule.
We fully recommend it and would love to here your own stories or tips for eczema treatment.

I agree with your top tip on keeping a food diary. I did this and I was able to identify what some of my food triggers were. I also would keep a record of other thins that were occuring in my life. From this I alos discovered that stress contributes to my eczema flare ups. So the diary can be kept to record other exposures as well.
