"After 2.5 years of using a cream on average twice per day, it was very difficult to withdraw and change a habit and not use any creams at all. The first week was scary, however, I persisted and only used the soap and powder and by week 2 there was a major improvement in the skin. Perhaps it was coincidence I thought, but no, the improvements continued and there was no other explanation. It was definitely as a result of the programme. By week 8 the eczema was completely gone. My doctor who had prescribed a new batch of steroid creams 1 week before I started the programme was amazed to see the difference, especially when I told him that we had not touched the steroid cream once."
